What services do you offer?
We provide drop off catering and pickup only (upon delivery we will assist with buffet setup).
We are unable to offer event coordination, rentals, or staffing for your event.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We will deliver anywhere inside San Francisco city limits.
Do you deliver on the weekends?
Limited availability. Please inquire. If accepted, weekend deliveries do have an automatic 20% delivery fee added.
When can i get your food?
Weekday Deliveries: Monday-Friday 8am - 6pm (availability varies by location)

is there a order minimum?
Yes, we have a $400 delivery minimum before tax. Smaller orders can be placed through TryCaviar or Moby Dish.
how are orders placed?
All catering orders are placed through our website (bigpapacatering.com) or hit up our Director of Catering if you have questions.
What will my order look like when it shows up?
Food will be delivered in disposable containers and serving utensils will be provided at no extra charge.
(Disposable plate, napkin, and cutlery are available for $1.00 per setting)
are there any fees involved?
WEEKDAY orders do not have any delivery fees or automatic gratuity (please add at your own discretion for delivery staff and kitchen to split)
WEEKEND orders DO have an automatic 20% delivery fee added.
What if i need to cancel my order?
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a full refund. (Refunds will be processed in 7 to 10 business days)
Rush orders made within 24 hours of agreed delivery/pickup time waive their right to cancellation.
